Director of Media

We’re looking for a proven flagbearer to lead out media team. If you dream in spreadsheet rainbows and obsess over impressions, allocations, and CTRs first, we’re sorry for you. Second, you have a safe place here among us. ere are some additional details about who we’re looking for:

You got straight A’s in math and can whip up a Keynote presentation that could win an EFFIE. You consume strategy books that eclipse Ware and Peace and could give a tear-evoking Ted Talk on media effectiveness. You keep up on the latest analytical tools that measure user metrics, analyze data traffic, and ensue the consistency of a brand’s tone and presence in traditional and digital platforms. You speak fluent social and can articulate how to measure ROI and KPI’s included in any client’s marketing strategy. You can jump easily from you media channel to the next and build, plan, and implement media strategies to talk to targeted personas and where they live and engage. You know the difference between Pardot, Sharpspring, Hubspot, Comscore  Comscore, and Kantar. You can open up Mintel research tools and pull together media trends to most effectively target 22-year-old-dog-walker that prefer periwinkle blue polos and true crime podcasts on Thursdays. You work well with others, add to the conversation proactively, and love sharing ways to amplify the success of our clients. And for the record, if you got B’s in math, we still want to chat.
